  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil (+ 2 tbsp)
  • 1/41/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp rice apple vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by mixing chicken chunks, sliced zucchini, yellow squash quarters, and quartered mushrooms in a large bowl.
