- 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs or Panko
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Finely Grated Parmesan
- Olive Oil Spray

Instructions
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool.
