- 1 egg

- 1 green onion, finely sliced
Instructions
- Shred the zucchini, sprinkle with salt, and let it sit in a strainer for about 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and green onion.
- After draining the zucchini well with a towel, mix it into the bowl with the other ingredients until thoroughly combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray the basket with oil.
- Form the mixture into four patties and place them in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, flip each fritter, then cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
