  • 3/4 cup Apple Butter
  • 4 tablespoons turbinado sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line three baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together unsalted butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and molasses until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually mix in flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt until just combined.
  5. In a bowl, combine cane sugar and cinnamon for rolling. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough into the mixture, roll to coat, and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Indent the center of each cookie and fill with apple butter; sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
