  • 25 g sugar
  • 25 g cold butter, cubed
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 12 tsp milk

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add warm milk and egg; mix until combined.
  2. Incorporate softened butter into the dough; knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for 30–45 minutes.
  4. Prepare cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. For the apple filling, cook diced apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until soft.
  6. Combine flour and sugar for the crumble topping; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  7. Roll out the dough, spread cheesecake filling, spoon apple filling on top, roll tightly, slice into pieces.
  8. Place on a baking tray; sprinkle crumble topping over each roll.
