Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add warm milk and egg; mix until combined.
- Incorporate softened butter into the dough; knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for 30–45 minutes.
- Prepare cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- For the apple filling, cook diced apples with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until soft.
- Combine flour and sugar for the crumble topping; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Roll out the dough, spread cheesecake filling, spoon apple filling on top, roll tightly, slice into pieces.
- Place on a baking tray; sprinkle crumble topping over each roll.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
