- 1 round rustic bread loaf
- 1 wheel brie cheese (approx. 12 ounces, top rind removed, triple cream preferred)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce with whole berries
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Coarse salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice off the top of the rustic bread loaf and hollow out some of the inside.
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce, thyme leaves, and a pinch of salt.
