Instructions

- Spread the dough into the prepared pan and bake for 22–27 minutes until golden; let cool.
- Toast kataifi in melted butter until golden and crispy; mix with pistachio cream.
- Pour ganache made from heated heavy cream over chocolate chips until smooth.
- Assemble by layering pistachio mixture on top of cookie layer followed by ganache; chill before cutting.
