  • 200 g yellow grape tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  5. In a large bowl, combine grilled corn, onions, tomatoes, avocado, and chopped cilantro.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk remaining olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
