Instructions

  2. Slice the zucchini and yellow squash into half-moons.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced vegetables with chopped basil, green onions, thyme, garlic powder, half of each cheese type, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until tender.
  5. Add remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
