  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup coconut cream

  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander (cilantro)
  • Boiled rice and/or flatbread (such as chapati or naan)

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee or oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until softened (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly golden (approximately 5 minutes).
  3. Stir in garlic, ginger, and spices; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Mix in yogurt, coconut cream, ground almonds, and sugar. Bring to a gentle boil; reduce heat and simmer for 6–8 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
