- ½ cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 2 tbsp ground almonds
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander (cilantro)
- Boiled rice and/or flatbread (such as chapati or naan)
Instructions
- Heat ghee or oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly golden (approximately 5 minutes).
- Stir in garlic, ginger, and spices; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Mix in yogurt, coconut cream, ground almonds, and sugar. Bring to a gentle boil; reduce heat and simmer for 6–8 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Finish by stirring in heavy cream before serving.
