- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large egg yolks (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large egg whites (beaten until stiff)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches with cornstarch and sugar. Pour the mixture into a greased 13×9 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, egg yolks, melted butter, baking powder, and sugar until combined. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
- Spread the topping over the peaches in the baking dish; it's okay if it's not fully covering them.
- Bake for about 45 minutes until bubbly around the edges and golden brown on top.
