- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup white or brown rice
- 1 1/2 cups water (2 cups if using brown rice)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- In a glass measuring cup, whisk together tahini, olive oil, water, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place chicken in a freezer bag and pour in the marinade. Seal the bag while pressing out excess air; massage marinade into chicken. Marinate for at least 1 hour (up to 4 hours).
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400-425°F) and oil the grates.
- Grill marinated chicken for 4-6 minutes on one side; flip and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Follow package instructions to cook rice. Add in dill and lemon zest before bringing it to a boil. Once cooked, stir in lemon juice and let it steam covered for 10 minutes.
