Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt or loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture, starting with dry ingredients and ending with dry. Mix until just combined.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted butter until fully incorporated.
  8. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
  9. Spoon half of the cinnamon swirl mixture over this batter.
  10. Pour remaining batter on top of the swirl mixture.
  11. Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon swirl on top and gently swirl it with a knife for a marbled effect.

  13. In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Adjust milk quantity to achieve desired consistency.
