  • 750 g potatoes
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 400 ml vegetable broth
  • 200 g cream cheese (0.2% fat)
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 6 chicken sausages (or turkey)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the kohlrabi and potatoes. Finely chop the parsley and onion.
  2. Heat oil in a large pot, add the chopped onion, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and kohlrabi; briefly sauté before pouring in the vegetable broth. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Mix cornstarch with water, then add to thicken.
  5. Slice sausages and stir them in along with chopped parsley.
  6. Serve hot in bowls.
