- 200g ground pork
- 400g lean ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 100g crustless bread
- 125ml white wine
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 cups hot water or stock
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- Olive oil for frying

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, minced onion, garlic, egg, soaked bread, white wine, cumin, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls about 2 inches in diameter and place on a baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the meatballs in batches until browned on all sides (about 5 minutes). Remove from the pan and set aside.
