- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine apples, sugars, cinnamon, flour, and lemon juice; mix well.
