Ingredients
- 4 thick slices sourdough bread
- Olive oil for brushing
- 2 burrata balls (room temperature)
- 300g fresh dark cherries, pitted
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Flaky sea salt to finish
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200C (400F).
- In a baking dish, toss the cherries with balsamic vinegar and honey/maple syrup. Roast for 15-18 minutes until soft and syrupy.
