- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 6 ounces milk chocolate chips

Instructions
- Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt 5 tablespoons of butter. Add vegan marshmallows and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
- In another saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, caramels, and 5 tablespoons of butter. Melt over medium heat while stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Pour the caramel mixture on top.
- Sprinkle sea salt over the caramel layer and let cool for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until bubbling. Pour over chocolate chips in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the cooled treats, sprinkle with more sea salt, and allow to set before cutting into squares.
