  • 1/4 cup dry apple vinegar (optional)
  • 2 large eggs, divided
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter. Sauté onions until soft, then add garlic and mushrooms until browned.
  3. Season with thyme, salt, pepper, and apple vinegar (if using). Stir in cream cheese and grated cheeses until creamy.
  4. Unroll puff pastry on a floured surface and cut diagonal strips along the sides.
  5. Place filling in the center and braid the pastry strips over it. Brush with beaten egg.
