- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt ½ tablespoon butter. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant, then add lobster and crab meat, cooking for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked seafood, cream cheese, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.
- Cook jumbo shells according to package instructions; drain and cool slightly before filling.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to create a roux and gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth. Stir in Parmesan and remaining mozzarella until creamy.
