Instructions
- Prepare your boiling water bath and gather 5 pint jars. Simmer the lids in a small saucepan.
- Wash and trim the green beans to fit inside the jars.
- In a large saucepan, combine vinegar, water, and pickling salt; bring to a boil.

- Pour hot brine over the beans, leaving about 1/2 inch headspace. Remove air bubbles with a chopstick.
- Seal jars with lids and rings; process in a hot water bath for about 10 minutes.
