  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Heavy cream (to thin)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9 inch cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and dark chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. In a mixer, combine the melted mixture with sugars and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt to the wet mixture; mix until just combined.
