Ingredients

- 4–6 tortillas
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar or honey, rice apple vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sriracha. If desired, thin with water.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, coleslaw mix, optional grated carrot, chopped cilantro, and roasted peanuts. Drizzle with the prepared sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften.
