- 4–5 tomatoes (sliced)
- 1–1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3/4 cup fine bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- Fresh herbs (basil, oregano), salt, and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
